Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new triathlon apparel! But if you need to return or exchange something, here’s how we make it easy.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.
  • The item must not be washed or damaged.

If you’d like to return something, please email us at info@plus58.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the process.

2. Exchanges

We understand sizing can be tricky. If you need a different size, please email us at info@plus58.com as soon as possible. We’ll arrange for an exchange, subject to stock availability.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For exchanges: We’ll cover the shipping costs of sending the new item back to you.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Underwear, swimwear, or other intimate items
  • Items marked as final sale

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@plus58.com. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra charge.
